MH Services Corporation was founded in 1994 by Rodney Poplin with a simple mission: make manufactured home financing accessible, straightforward, and stress-free. What started as a one-person operation has grown into a trusted lending brokerage serving families across three states.
Rodney started in the industry with FileMaker Pro databases and paper files. Over three decades, he's built and rebuilt systems to keep pace with technology — always with the same goal: get families into homes faster, with less hassle, and with genuine personal service.
Unlike big banks that treat manufactured homes as an afterthought, we built our entire business around chattel lending. Every process, every system, and every team member is focused on one thing — financing manufactured homes on leased land.
